Shipping Cost – Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over $80! For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

Shipping Time– All of our products are handmade and take 1-3 days to craft. Standard shipping takes 3-10 days to arrive.

Tax– All orders are shipped from our European workshop. If you're ordering from the U.S. or any EU country, the price you see already includes all import taxes and duties. That means no extra costs and no hidden fees.

Most packages will arrive via your local postal service. Your order will be shipped to your country using the most efficient, locally available air transportation courier, determined by each initial shipment location. Once your package is within your country, it will be passed through customs and handed off to your local postal service for endpoint delivery.

We assure you of the delivery of our items. If you do not receive your order, check the tracking status of the parcel. Very rarely do items take longer due to shipping complications. If you do not receive your order or are otherwise unhappy with it, we can process a return within 30 days of shipment. We will either process a full refund for you or reship the item to you with no additional charge.
